off to kayak

so as some of you may know I (thomas) have been building a kayak for quite some time now.
these past few weeks i have spent a good number of hours working on it in an attempt to have it partially finished for an exhibit of wooden creations that my highschool was putting on in order to create some interest in the program where the exhibit was being held, at the vancouver school board. As a form of thanks for all the encouragement i have received while building the kayak as well as the actual shop and machinery itself i wanted to have a good deal built before we left on this trip that we are off on today. Unfortunately i did not get it to where i wanted it to be, but still it has progressed very quickly and it still a very admirable piece of work thus far. It is being put in the show as a work in progress and for this i am very thankful.
